Company information
We are Ikebana.uk and we operate the websites ‘ikebana.uk.com’ and ‘ikebanaandwatercolours.com’.
Services
We sell products to accompany Ikebana floral arrangements such as vases. We offer classes for people to learn about the art form.
Information provided during these services is not intended for distribution to another person or entity.
Intellectual property rights
We own all the intellectual property in services including source code, database, information, audio, text, video, graphics and logo.
Our content is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No part of the Services and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Payment Methods
All morning and day classes will be paid by the customer on the day, either by a BACS payment or cash. The £50 deposit for the Two-Day courses must be paid in advance via BACS. We currently don’t have any payment method available through the website.
Cancellation
In the event that you can no longer attend a morning or day class, at least a week’s notice is required. If you give less than this, you will be charged for your flowers and material. This is due us having to order flowers a week in advance as there is no wholesale flower distributor nearby and they have to be delivered. This cost will be around £20.
If you are looking to cancel a two-day course, you must give 28 days notice. If you give less than this, we will not be able to return your £50 deposit.
